A Taste of Tradition
Savor Mezcal
Welcome to Mezcal Burero!
We are proud to bring the exquisite taste of mezcal to the world. Our small batch mezcal is produced in the small town of Mochitlan in Guerrero, Mexico, using 100% hand-harvested maguey. Our dedication to preserving the ancient traditions of mezcal production means that every sip is a unique experience that you won't find anywhere else.
We harvest our maguey by hand, fermentation is a natural process in vats made from ayacahuite wood using traditional techniques and double distill it in a copper still, which gives it a unique smoky and earthy flavor. We have a deep love for mezcal, and it shows in every bottle we produce. We aim to provide our customers with an unparalleled experience. Mezcal Burero has a crystal-clear appearance and a richer, fuller body. Its aroma is mostly of cooked Agave that is smoked directly from the cooking oven, with hints of citrus fruits and green notes. The taste of Burero is characterized by a soft yet persistent aftertaste, highlighting the power and complexity of the cupreata Agave.
Whether you prefer your mezcal neat or in a special cocktail, we invite you to join us and savor the exquisite taste of this traditional mexican spirit. At Mezcal Burero, our commitment to quality and tradition is unmatched, and we can't wait to share our passion with you.
Join us today, and experience the unique flavors of our handcrafted mezcal.
Cheers from the Mezcal Burero team!
